Deadlines & Important Dates

Thursday, February 1, 2024 Restaurant application deadline (Logos must be submitted with application)

Friday, February 9, 2024 • Participating restaurants chosen & notified (Via e-mail)

Friday, March 1, 2024 • Mandatory logistics meeting – 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM (Must attend one)

Friday, March 1, 2024Deadline to submit Temporary Events Food Permit receipt from City of McAllen & Food Handler permits for event staff.

Application Procedure

To apply for participation in the Brew-seum event please:
  1. Read and acknowledge your understanding of the following rules and regulations.
  2. Complete the application below in full and sign and submit in person or by email to
  3. You are not confirmed for participation until the committee has reviewed/approved your application, received all required forms, and proof of insurance and licenses. A confirmation email will be sent once your participation requirements including approval of your application have been completed. 
Participation Fee – None
A security deposit of $150.00 in the form of a check or credit card authorization form must be submitted upon approval. This deposit will NOT be cashed except in the case of a no-show at Brew-seum.


For Your Participation

You will receive:
  • 2 complimentary General Admission tickets to Brew-seum.
  • Inclusion in promotion and marketing of the event.
  • A charitable contribution letter equaling the value of your contribution.
IMAS Will Provide:
  • One 10’x10’ booth space (please advise if you need additional space for cooking/grills)
  • One 6’ folding table, tent lighting 
  • One (1) Edison style outlet via generator access (PARTICIPANTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN EXTENSION CORDS)
  • Ability to promote your restaurant at the event.
  • Parking for one (1) car or regular size van 
  • Access to recycling and waste dumpster 


  • Submit application
  • Submit signed contract
  • Submit logo for Promotional Event Media
  • Submit copies of Food Handlers / TABC Certificates for your staff working at Brew-seum.
  • Attend mandatory logistics meeting on March 1 @ 10:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. (Must attend one)
