Adult Folk Art Workshops
Explore the museum’s Mexican & Latin American Folk Art Collection through engaging workshops. Participants will get inspired with a private viewing of select objects from the collection, followed by traditional artmaking. Registration includes admission so participants may visit the museum after the workshop.
$20 per Participant ($15 for IMAS Members)
Spaces are limited. Advanced registration encouraged.

Sunday, October 22 – Papel Picado Printmaking:
Celebrate Día de los Muertos this year and create festive prints that mimic the vibrant decorative craft of Papel Picado. Participants will take a tour of the Mexican & Latin American Folk-Art Exhibit and see examples of Papel Picado from the IMAS Vault as they create prints of their own papel picado designs.
