The International Museum of Art & Science (IMAS) located in the Rio Grande Valley inspires audiences of all ages to explore art and science through its permanent collections, exhibits, programs, and partnerships by empowering learners to discover their interests and pursue their passions.

As needed, the International Museum of Art & Science (IMAS) will invite qualified professionals and companies to submit proposals for specific projects. When available, opportunities will be posted below with details and deadlines for submitting a proposal.

When submitting electronically, specify the following in your subject line:

Along with the complete proposal, a cover letter is requested for all submissions. The emails may be addressed to Adrian De Anda, Director of Finance and Operations. All submissions should be attached in Word or PDF formats.

RFPs can be downloaded directly from the description. Complete application materials should be emailed to info@theimasonline.com by 5:00 p.m. CST on the date indicated or dropped off at the museum’s front desk with attention to Adrian De Anda during regular business hours.
