“A Night at the Brew-seum” began as a unique festival that provided the community of the Rio Grande Valley a one-of-a-kind cultural experience with a variety of international art, cuisine from some of the Valley’s finest restaurants, and a wide selection of beer; thus, making “A Night at the Brew-seum” a night to remember as we came together to celebrate and raise funds for the museum.

This online auction will go live on April 7 at 12:00 pm. CST and conclude during the “15th Annual Night at the Brew-seum” on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at 9:00 p.m. CST.

Form will not be available before 8AM.  Please indicate your member status along with all contact information and quantities of the request. All orders will be processed in the order received, pending availability of tickets. VIP tickets are extremely limited, and IMAS staff will follow up to process requests in the order received. Reservations will be finalized upon payment to the IMAS. VIP ticket orders will be limited to 8 per member.

+ Self-parking will be available in IMAS parking lot and adjacent IMAS lot. Ride-sharing, taxi, Uber or Lyft is encouraged. Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive.

+ All Brew-seum guests must be 21+ years of age. Must be 21+ to purchase tickets to the events.

+ IDs must be presented at in person events and will be checked at the door.

+ No lawn chairs, coolers, or off-site food and drink allowed.

+ All tickets are non-refundable.

+ All funds raised by Brew-seum aand Beer & WhiskeyDinner support the International Museum of Art & Science, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

+ No refunds will be issued for general admission tickets or VIP tables.

+ In the event a guest is unable to attend (including reasons associated with COVID-19), no refund will be issued. The table or ticket holder may find a replacement guest at their own convenience and provide the new guest name to IMAS at brewseum@theimasonline.com

+ For VIP table upgrades, please call the IMAS at (956) 681-2800 during open hours. No refunds or downgrades will be accepted.

Beer & Whiskey Dinner at Bodega Tavern & Kitchen

Head to Bodega Tavern & Kitchen on Monday, March 6, for the Brew-seum Beer & Whiskey Dinner, a four-course meal paired with both beer and whiskey. Each course from Chef Adam’s special menu will be paired with a Ranger Creek craft beer and whiskey. VIP guests can also enjoy happy hour and five-courses, all in support of the International Museum of Art & Science (IMAS).
