The International Museum of Art & Science invites the community to take part in designing the official t-shirt for the 18th Annual Night at the Brewseum, one of IMAS’ largest fundraisers of the year celebrating brews, local flavors, and community support for art and science education. 2026 Brewseum t-shirt will be printed by none other than Palo Santo Prints of McAllen, TX, who will also be joining us on Brewseum night with a live T-shirt printing station!

Artwork submissions are due by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025. Participants must be 21 or older. The winning design artist will receive one (1) IMAS Family Membership (valid through 2026) and two (2) VIP Non-Reserved/Standing Brewseum tickets!

• Open to individuals aged 21 years or older at the time of entry.
• IMAS employees, trustees, and committee members, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
• Submission must be made by 5 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025.

• The design must be a one-color design suitable for screen printing.
• File types accepted: AI, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PDF (300 DPI minimum). No jpgs.
• The design should fit within a 12″ x 12″ area (front placement).
• All fonts must be converted to outlines or included with submission.
• If using IMAS or Brewseum logos, only approved versions found here.

• All submissions must be original works created solely by the entrant.
• Designs may not contain copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed images, logos, characters, or content not owned by the entrant.
• Entries that are plagiarized, AI-generated, or violate intellectual property laws will be disqualified.

• The event year: 2026
• The word “Brewseum”
• Designs should celebrate the spirit of the IMAS Brewseum: art, science, craft beer and beyond, and community fun.
• Content must be appropriate for all audiences. No offensive or inappropriate content.

• Submit entries via the online form.
• Include your full name, phone number, and email address with your submission.
• Limit: Two (2) entries per person. Each design should be submitted as a separate entry.

• One (1) IMAS Family Membership valid through December 31, 2026.
• Two (2) VIP Non-Reserved/Standing tickets to Brewseum.
• The winning design will be featured on the official 2026 Brewseum t-shirt, Brewseum website, and marketing and promotional materials.
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.

• A non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify (if needed, for print), and distribute the design on t-shirts and other promotional materials related to Brewseum.
• Permission to display the design online, in print, or at IMAS for promotional purposes.
• Permission to make minor adjustments to ensure compatibility with printing methods.
• Unrestricted rights to use the design for the above purposes without further compensation. The entrant retains copyright ownership of their original artwork.

Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMAS, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from infringement of third-party rights or other violations.

• Fail to meet submission requirements or deadlines.
• Contain inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content.
• Violate these official rules in any way.

• The winning entrant will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days after judging concludes.
• If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

By participating, entrants consent to IMAS using their name, likeness, and submitted artwork for promotional and marketing purposes related to Brewseum without additional compensation.

• IMAS is not responsible for late, lost, or corrupted submissions.
• Entry constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these rules and IMAS decisions, which are final.
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. The parties agree that exclusive venue for any disputes or litigation arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas.
