Beverage Vendors at Brewseum
Participating breweries are valued partners in this signature museum fundraiser. Each brewery provides a selection of their craft beverages, chosen in collaboration with the museum, which are purchased directly by IMAS for event service. Breweries enjoy on-site booth space to promote their brand, engage with attendees, and share information about their products. In keeping with the fundraiser’s format, breweries do not sell items at the event, ensuring a seamless guest experience while supporting the museum’s mission.

What We Provide For You:
- Your selection of booth size (with fee) with optional added on pourer
- Access to electricity and water (if needed and requested in advance)
- Marketing mentions before, during, and after the event
- Volunteer support and guidance throughout the evening
- Ice for kegs and/or cases
What To Bring:
- A branded tent for your space
- Foldable chairs
- Promotional materials for your business (signage, promotional items,etc.)
- Tap handles, jockey boxes, CO2 barrels for keg icing, bottle and/or wine openers
- Lighting for your tent
- Up to 4 representatives from your organization working the booth
Looking Ahead to 2026
Planning is already underway for our 18th Annual Brewseum! Vendor applications are expected to open in December 2025, so stay tuned for updates. If you’re interested in participating in next year’s event, we’d love to hear from you.
