To participate, download the application below, complete, and bring with you during one of the designated drop off dates and times along with your artwork(s). The IMAS Curatorial team will review and collect these items for submission and successfully submitted works will then be juried by non-IMAS representative Jurors. Jurors will select the final artworks to be accepted into the exhibition as well as provide the IMAS with a Best of Show (1st place), Second Place, Third Place, and 3 Honorable Mentions, all with a monetary value. Declined artworks will be ready for pickup at the designated dates and times, and the accepted works will be displayed. All artists submitting work must provide a reliable form of contact information in order to be notified of declined artwork, received awards, or updates to their submissions.
Join us for a reception and awards ceremony on Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 5-7PM. Awards will be announced at 6PM. The MJAS reception is free for all IMAS members. Exhibiting members will receive two complementary guest passes on the day of drop-off. Additional guests may purchase a ticket for $10.
