Natural Expressions Gallery Talk
with Guest Curator Mary Nettie Rodriguez

Natural Expressions: Collected Landscapes from the IMAS Vault celebrates visual artists who observed the natural scenes and creatively recorded what they saw. Explore the beauty of those vivid scenes and learn more about these works of art with guest curator Mary Nettie Rodriguez in this intimate gallery talk from 2:00-3:00 PM.
The guided art talk and tour is included with general admission, free for IMAS Members.
Dia de Sol / Solar Eclipse Celebration
Saturday, October 14
Come celebrate the October 2023 Solar Eclipse and learn more about Eclipses. Check out the Sun at the IMAS and bring your own foldable chair and blankets. This event includes Science on Space presentation, hands-on activities, food trucks, vendors and more.
Solar Eclipse Start Time: 10:30 AM / Peak: 12:00 PM / End 1:40 PM
Solar eclipse glasses are available in the IMAS Gift Shop now through the festival for safe viewing of the eclipse.
Homeschool Days
Homeschool Days are in-person workshops that explore art and science concepts in depth through hands-on activities. Pre-registration encouraged as seats are limited.
$12 per participant ($6 for IMAS Members)
