The IMAS partners with the Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas annually for a full lineup of engaging workshops, unique museum experiences, and rounds out the year with Girl Scouts Day each summer.

This year, Girl Scouts Day will be held on Saturday, June 15, at the IMAS from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. During this event, Girl Scouts are invited to visit the museum for a fun day of activities. The cost of general admission covers participation in the event, and participants and their families can also enjoy all of the museum offerings.

On Girls Scouts Day, visitors can enjoy current exhibits including Water/Ways, Cross Connections 2024, Microscape, and the Mexican & Latin American Folk Art Collection.
